Mortgage rates for a Thirty year fixed mortgage remained stable at 3.57% on Sunday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.

The Thirty year fixed mortgage rate on May 19, 2013, is up 24 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 3.33% and up 8 basis points from the average rate of 3.49% from three months ago.
